Rescheduling/Cancelation: We don't charge any cancellation or rescheduling fees. As long as you let us know at least 4 hours before the scheduled shoot, you will receive a full refund.

Copyright Notice: Five Loaves LLC is the copyright holder of any image we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.

Photo Rights and Usage: The person whose name is on the service order (Client) has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration of the first time the home/property is listed for sale or rent after these services are ordered, and cannot be reused without specific written permission. Client may not sell images, sell rights, or transfer rights to any other person. Client may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market. In addition to the aforementioned rights, Client is granted the right to use images in advertisements after the property has been sold/rented if Client is a licensed real estate agent and Client specifies in that advertisement that the property has been sold/rented, and the advertisement is promoting the agent's services rather than the property itself.
